Non restituisce una completa fotografia di quei tempi mancando troppa roba fondamentale come Pyramid Song, HTDC, In Limbo, Optimistic ecc. Credo l'avessero pubblicato per questioni contrattuali con la EMI. Poi nel 2002 decisero di registrare Hail To The Thief in sole due settimane proprio per risolvere il contratto più velocemente e sbarazzarsi della EMI per essere artisticamente più liberi.
