marco83p
CutToShreds
nella prima lavagna "go slowly" si intitolava "can stylee"... esatto... diciamo che l'influenza è evidente, ma i due pezzi sono comunque piuttosto diversi. A me Go Slolwly ricorda come sonorità anche gli Smiths... per esempio una canzone come "Never had no-one ever".

CutToShreds
io sento molto there there... presente la chitarra tipo attorno a 3.20 (di there there...)... assolutamente sì... ma perché in tutti e tre i casi l'accordo di partenza è lo stesso (Bm sul 7 tasto 7x0707)
PacktLikeSardines
(per rimanere in tema Can, la bellissima "dollars and cents") cos'ha di Kraut "Dollars and Cents" ?
Lacatus
(per rimanere in tema Can, la bellissima "dollars and cents") cos'ha di Kraut "Dollars and Cents" ? da un intervista a Thom del 2001 rilasciata per il magazine Mojo:"Well, Dollars And Cents started out as a 10 minute piece of us mucking around, trying to do the Can thing. It just came out spontaneously. Lyrically, I like doing things like that - where whatever happens in the first take is what stays. When we did OK Computer all the vocals were first takes because (a) I couldn't do it again afterwards and ( it was about being in the moment. The lyrics are gibberish but they come out of ideas I've been fighting with for ages about how people are basically just pixels on a screen, unknowingly serving this higher power which is manipulative and destructive, but we're powerless because we can't name it. At the time, the whole global marketplace thing was a major preoccupation of mine. I was reading a lot of stuff about it and it really become a massive part of my writer's block. It sounds daft now, but I couldn't see the point in writing about personal feelings when there were other, far more fundamentally important things to talk about." PacktLikeSardines
