Viste le limitate dimensioni sono però necessari alcuni accorgimenti, come ad esempio il doppio utilizzo dell'ingresso come sala da bagno grazie allo spostamento di pareti mobili e all'impiego di sanitari a scomparsa. E lo stesso vale per la camera con letto matrimoniale che, in poche mosse, si trasforma in due camere singole o in sala da pranzo con spazio per quattro persone. Le sedie sono studiate per essere al tempo stesso dei contenitori in cui riporre le vettovaglie. E spostandole si ricava anche lo spazio per consentire una minifesta da ballo per tre o quattro persone che riuscirebbero anche a ballare, sfruttando così le potenzialità del sistema audio a surround che arricchiste l'impiantistica.Le casupole sono destinate, nelle intenzioni dell'ideatore, ad avere una molteplicità di utilizzi. Ad esempio come casetta degli ospiti o come «rifugio» domestico per i figli adolescenti, ai quali concedere giusto un pizzico di autonomia. Gli alloggi, grazie alle loro ridotte dimensioni, possono essere infatti comodamente piazzati nel giardino di casa. Senza parlare delle possibilità di spostarli senza troppe difficoltà da una località all'altra, un po' come le roulottes.
