Wanderer Posted April 17, 2017 Report Share Posted April 17, 2017 Questo è il primo che ho ascoltato di loro...c'è funk, jazz, hip hop, psichedelia Li ho visti dal vivo in Spagna sono un gruppo incredibile e suonano stupendamente tutti e tre. E sono anche gentilissimi! Billy martin per me è stato come aprire una finestra sul mondo, usa la baqtteria in ogni angolo (bordi, legni ecc.) devo dire che ha proprio stimolato la mia creatività. Poi usa bene anche le percussioni ed ha anche un bel tocco latino ogni tanto. E' veramente un grande...(difatti l'ho copiato a mani bassissime credo sia nel mio personale olimpo insieme ad Elvin Jones, Paul Motian e Brian Blade) ps. In realtà in Crescent ci sono i semi di quello che farà il tenorsassofonista dal 1965 in poi, pur essendo, di fatto da considerarsi nella prima parte della carriera di Trane.
