We’ve now confirmed the information with the O2 Arena and have detailed below exactly what you need to do to gain entry to the show.Wristband collection from ‘The Bubble’ box office (within the O2 Arena), from 11am-9pmDoors open at 6pmBring your confirmation emailBring your IDTurn up togetherAvoid queues arrive early.YOU MUST TAKE YOUR ORDER CONFIRMATION E-MAIL AND PHOTO ID WITH YOU TO THE O2 ARENA – CUSTOMERS WHO DO NOT HAVE THEIR CONFIRMATION E-MAIL AND ID WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ENTRY TO THE SHOWIf you’ve purchased two tickets, both ticket holders must arrive at the venue at the same time and both must bring ID.If you do not have your order confirmation e-mail, go to the Order Tracking area of the ticket store to get your confirmation re-sent. (http://tickets.waste.uk.com/ ).W.a.s.t.e customers do not need to show the credit card that was used to purchase the tickets, just the confirmation e-mail and ID.W.a.s.t.e staff will be positioned at ‘The Bubble’ box office (within the O2 Arena) and, once you’ve shown your confirmation e-mail and ID, you will be fitted with an entry wristband. Once you have your wristband you are free to leave the venue to return when doors open at 6pm.Alternatively, after wristbanding, you may choose to stay and queue for entry – a specific W.a.s.t.e queue will be set up at the entrance for this purpose.
