Lacatus Posted May 18, 2017 Report Share Posted May 18, 2017 Sì, ci sarà un Lp10 ma tra molto, molto tempo... Nel 2018/2019 penso daranno spazio ai progetti solisti. Nel 2020 ci sarà "Kid B" l'edizione deluxe di Kid A. Quindi per forza di cosa dovremmo aspettare almeno al 2021 per sentire un nuovo album targato Radiohead: 5 anni tra AMSP e l'Lp10, come son stati 5 anni tra TKOL e AMSP. Le mie aspettative sono zero per il momento, visto che come minimo ci vorranno altri 3 anni. Parto dal presupposto che debbano fare un disco proiettato nel futuro che si avventuri in territori intergalattici ("Kid Ω" appunto): qualsiasi altra proposta musicale io la bollerò come ciofeca, eccezion fatta per un Junun dei Radiohead (il famoso "Sirocco") o un disco ambient (il famoso "Tomorrow's Modern Boxes + Jonny"). Si di questo c'è bisogno, perché con A Moon Shaped Pool hanno insistito troppo sui cliché radioheadiani del passato, cosa che con The King Of Limbs, ma anche In Rainbows, non accadeva mica. Spero trovino il tempo di dedicarsi alla musica in quanto arte, senza tenere minimamente conto del business, ma per fare ciò, per far sì che ciò sia realmente efficace, devono chiudere tutte le valvole di sfogo soliste...e questo sarà difficile se non impossibile: purtroppo da alcuni anni, Thom e Jonny tengono le idee più geniali per i dischi solisti.
