echoes Posted January 30, 2010 Report Share Posted January 30, 2010 ho finalmente ascoltato virgin suicides....ad essere bello è bello (e pure tanto) ma è praticamente una copia spiccicata di un certo prog '70 (canterbury in particolare) e delle atmosfere floydiane versante dark side of the moon...la cosa che mi sorprende è che se sto disco lo avesse fatto qualche insulsa band neoprog sarebbe stato stroncato (giustamente), invece siccome è firmato air allora tutti i siti indiefroci lo esaltano..bah Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

echoes Posted November 24, 2011 Report Share Posted November 24, 2011 dici bene, degli anni novanta...Eh beh ma non è che abbiano variato molto, solo Virgin Suicides sonda territori più introspettivi...Per il resto sono rimasti più o meno legato al "french touch" di Moon Safari, normale che non abbiano più influito più di tanto nei '00...In ogni caso hanno fatto almeno tre dischi che vanno dal buono (Moon Safari) all'eccellente (The Virgin Suicides) passando per l'ottimo (10000Hz Legend)...Gli altri sono tutti buoni ma, tutto sommato, prescindibili...
