It seems to be much more dance music than either The Eraser, closer to Feral and Identikit.Is that the kind of release we can expect from AfP in the future, or will these more dance-y tunes start to work their way into Radiohead's next album as well?-atomsforpeace-you got it? oh that's good, thats how it shoud come out i guess. dance tunes? yeah! that doesn't necessarily mean it will bleed into radiohead. i miss getting stuck into those kind of melodies sometimes so...Il che significa che per adesso Thom con i Radiohead vorrebbe fare una sorta di "passo indietro", anche perché Identikit uscirà come singolo, a questo punto con Ful Stop? Ne verrebbe fuori un doppio singolo della Madonna. Un po' mi dispiace perché amo/avrei amato l'idea di un disco "figlio" di TKOL, ma dall'altro lato della medaglia ci troveremo The Present Tense, Cut a Hole, Skirting, Wake Me ecc... Mongrel Cat Posted March 1, 2013 Report Share Posted March 1, 2013 Potevano tranquillamente fare un LP9 meraviglioso integrando il sound TKOL con atmosfere più tipicamente radiohediane, una sorta di Hail to the Thief 2013.Sarà un LP9 tanto più vicino alle mie aspettative quanto più lontano da TKOL (e da AMOK, per estensione).Chitarre. Elettronica, se vogliamo, ma utilizzata in modo più cerebrale, contaminata con elementi opposti, come su Kid A per intenderci, ma anche nei pochi pezzi dello stesso TKOL con arrangiamenti più fantasiosi (come le trombe su Bloom e Codex, soprattutto le versioni del DVD @Basement). Non un passo indietro, solo il ritorno a ciò che sanno fare meglio dopo essersi sfogati. In ogni caso un ipotetico Hail to the Thief v.2014 andrebbe benissimo.
